Guiding Principle 01
A commitment to ethics and integrity in everything we do. Acting with ethics and integrity is central to how we conduct our business. We set high standards for ethical behavior and expect our employees to meet our standards and live our Guiding Principles, even under challenging circumstances. We expect all of our employees to be honest and transparent in conducting our business and to have the courage to do what is right.

On a daily basis, we strive to improve our quality performance and maintain a continuous improvement mentality in everything we do.

We believe in accountability. Being accountable means that we take responsibility for our actions and the actions of our teams. When we have not acted in accordance with our standards and values, we will take action to promptly correct mistakes or inappropriate situations. Accountability is not about blame or fault; it means living up to our values, our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and our policies.
